Requirements:

  • • Bachelor's degree of Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • • New Business Development:

  • • Client Relationship Management:

    • • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
    • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client expectations.
  • • Sales Planning and Execution:

    • • Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
    • • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
    • • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
  • • Pipeline Management:

    • • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure.
    • • Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to management.
    • • Forecast sales revenue and contribute to the development of sales forecasts.
  • • Negotiation and Closing:

    • • Lead negotiations with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
    • • Close sales deals by effectively addressing client concerns and objections.
    • • Ensure all sales contracts and agreements are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • • Market Intelligence:

    • • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • • Provide feedback to the management team on market developments and potential opportunities or challenges.
