JOB DESCRIPTION
Requirements:
- Diploma in marketing or sales of real estate or equivalent

- Mid Level experience of 2 years or more

- Good and strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to convince clients

- Proven working experience as a Real Estate Agent or Real Estate Salesperson

Proven track of successful sales record

- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills

- Pleasant and trustworthy and be of high integrity

- Proficient in MS office applications and Internet surfing skills

- As our properties are located throughout Nairobi area, a valid drivers license and a vehicle would be an asset though not a requirement.

Responsibilities:
- Act as the company representative and offer exemplary customer service in a timely and courteous manner.

- Organize and accompany prospective clients on site visits.

- Maintain relationship with clients by providing professional guidance and solutions in acquiring the property for the right price under the best terms.

- Determine clients needs and financial abilities, and advise them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting to propose appropriate solutions.

- Assist in collection of
receivables from clients and enforce compliance with real estate policies and procedures

- Assist in the entire real estate sales process under supervision which includes viewing & reservations, preparation of necessary documents including letters of offer, agreements of sale, contracts, deeds, lease registration, etc.

- Maintain and update listings and conduct inspection of available properties.

- Inspect property and tenant spaces periodically to ensure compliance with leases and upkeep of property.

- Promote sales by marketing through advertisements, open houses and listing services.

- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and current practices.

- Ability to work with minimum supervision, report on time and maintain track performance.

- Perform other duties as may be required by management from time to time.

- Reports directly to the Director in-charge of the Sales Team
